In view of the upcoming high sales season, we kindly ask you to exercise caution in considering offers of SIBUR's products that come fr om senders you do not know in person.

Some of the Company's counterparties have recently been receiving e-mails with offers of SIBUR’s petrochemicals at low prices. For sending mass e-mails, fraudsters used e-mail addresses similar to those of government authorities. In one case, e-mails were send out from the address of an employee of the Department for the Chemical, Technological and Forest Industry Complex of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.

For verification, the fraudsters published their contact details on bogus websites that clone industry associations, such as the Russian Chemists Union. Please note that all telephone numbers and e-mail addresses (domain names) used to make offers to purchase SIBUR's products need to be verified on the official website of the Company at www.sibur.ru, wh ere you can also find the phone numbers of SIBUR’s regional sales offices.

SIBUR does not market its products through third parties using agency arrangements. The Company never sends e-mails containing lists of products and prices and never uses text messaging with offers to buy its products.

If any offer is suspicious, always insist on a personal meeting with the manager at SIBUR’s office located at 16 Krzhizhanovskogo St., Bld. 1 and Bld. 3, Moscow, to discuss the details. As a rule, fraudsters end communication if you insist on meeting personally. To protect yourself from particularly bold fraudsters, be aware that the Company's employees are prohibited from conducting negotiations in the office lobby, and that a pass is always required for a visit to the Company’s office.
