What you are holding in your hands is the first publication of SIBUR for Clients, a bulletin we will be issuing for our Clients and, hopefully, together with them.

SIBUR seeks to create a platform for sharing details on what we do to improve our products and service, how we develop and refine our internal processes, identify and implement best practices in our work, and what we aspire to deliver. Moreover, we see it as a platform for feedback fr om our clients sharing their experiences, questions, suggestions, and opinions, critical comments included.

The new publication will also feature overviews of current events and trends in various markets wh ere SIBUR and its Clients operate.

Besides, we would like to go beyond a traditional client newsletter and offer a wider insight into the evolution of the petrochemical industry and related businesses, from natural gas motor fuels to plastic toys, in the context of global trends in macroeconomics, environmental projects, and culture. I believe this focus to be essential for building a balanced industry-wide agenda to rise to the challenges of today and tomorrow.

It is only with your active support we rely on that this project will succeed. Together, we will continue creating new opportunities for consumers of petrochemicals in the housing and public utilities, construction, automotive, packaging and other business segments.
